Queen Luciano Foundation (QLF) is an independent public registered non-government and non-profit organization based in the United States with a branch in Nigeria.  Our foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Our motto is building a strong foundation for the future.

We started out in 2021 as a group of educated and like-minded individuals headed by a diligent and kind-hearted woman Queen Luciano, assembled a team of volunteers to establish a non-governmental organization, for addressing the most pressing needs of the immediate society most especially vulnerable children and women.

We are guided by giving back to society; we support effective programs, and a dynamic approach to philanthropy is our core value. The type of activities undertaken by the organization range from capacity building to service delivery, with a focus on the deprived and vulnerable segments of society.
